I am trained in Ayurvedic and Thai massage.

In 2014, my introduction to Meditative Therapies, my training in Sacred Tantra and shamanism began.

At that time I met Cocoon where from 2014 until today I teach Sacred tantra, tantric meditative massage, breathwork and shamanism giving workshops, therapies and massages in Athens, Patras and other places in Greece as well as abroad.

Since 2018 I have been guiding Women‘s Circles in Patras and in several places in Greece.

In 2022 I completed my training in Tea Ceremony and plant healing meditations, an ancient way of remebrance of our inherent wisdom, the profound connection with nature and consciousness expansion (with Jade Brunel).
